I purchased this 18 size 19jewel bunn and was looking at the Illinois blue book. Am I correct with the production of this variation (400 made). Serial #2164758 from 1909.

That is what the data base says, run of 400.

That would sound about right. Interestingly enough, yours is from a different run than the others we have seen. Here is a link on it.

The big Illinois book lists 2164401-2164900 as the 18s 19j Lever set Open Face Model 6, so yes yours is from the same run. Post a picture if you can Roger.

ps The numbers do not add up unless the run is a mixed variant since Jared's link shows others mark the same with different serial number set.
