I have a question will Elgin convertible movement fit in size 16 case or I need special case or

Hi Peter, not sure what the answer is, but there is a convertible case on ebay at the moment. Search for "Elgin Coin 17s Convertible".

They require a slightly thicker case than the standard 16size.

That is why you see so many convertibles up on ebay and other places without cases. The case is a "tweener" between a 16 and 17 so they are hard to come by.

Nice movements just hard to find a case for them.
