I believe it's a grade 305 adj 3 position, gentleman's watch. Of course price would be according to condition. In most circumstances $75- 200 should cover the watch quite handily.

That is a Grade 305 movement with 2 variants. To confirm the value you have to confirm the serial number.

The lever setting Model 9 Grade 305 is very rare, only 1200 being made in 2 production lots; s/n4249801-4250000, and 4455001-4456000. Value, around $200.00

The Pendant setting Model 7 Grade 305 is less rare, 148,090 were made in 170 production lots, s/n range; 2160201-5316000. value around $85.00
