I have an Illinois Burlington dial with the following feet locations 16-17 38-39 and 57-58 minutes, what Illinois Burlington movement would this dial fit onto?

It's not a Getty, Larry. Those feet are at 24.5, 36, and 55.5 minutes. Maybe somebody else can narrow it down further.

Could it be;
17.5 - 39.0 - 58.0

That is the closest Illinois dial I could find, with those feet positions I show a model 6,7,9,10,14,15

Probably not going to be a model 10, those were only Sangamos and 14 & 15 were mostly Bunn's. But Ehrhardt & Meggars show Burlington's made in models 6, 7 & 9

I am guessing we re talking 16s also.

Hello Peter:

Thank you for the information that is the movement I'm trying to look for, is it an open face, or hunter movement?
