Does anyone recognize this 6s hunting case movement? I couldn't find any info about the Hercules Watch Co. Was this movement made by some other company? Some characteristics are similar to New York Standard or Seth Thomas, but I couldn't find any matching examples in the literature I have.  | ||

I have tried off & on through the years to ID the maker of these Hercules Watch Co, Chicago watches with very little luck. From time to time you will see an 18sz or a 6 sz. and they usually have high serial numbers. I always end up drawing a blank  regards, bb | |||
