I'd like to formally thank Richard Deacon Jones and Lindell V. Riddle for their kindness in letting me know about ihc185 and more. They have been very generous with their time. I'm very happy to be a new member here, and learning a ton about those most amazing small machines called pocket watches (off-the-grid devices). I could add that I am generally in awe of the knowledge shown by members in posts here... K.H.

Kenneth, next to a love of timepieces, the best part of this group has to be the universal respect and patience we share for our various learning curves about these amazing devices, their technology and dramatic effect on the history of mankind.

Welcome to IHC185. I've learned much here yet I'm still amazed sometimes how little I know. But, truly I learn something new here every day. This is an amazing site with amazing people.
