just picked this beauty up a few minutes ago on the Bay,appeals to my sense of humour LOL,any information on him would be appreciated,thanks,Tom

got this info from our Senior Watchmaker Information Detective,Tom Brown,with many thanks

Probably was Ignatz Tasem. Looks like he was born June 3, 1882 in Russia Poland & died August 2, 1949 in San Francisco Ca. Came to the US in 1902. According to the 1920 Federal Census he lived in Tonopah, Nye, Nevada & listed as a merchant jeweler
