Does anyone have a preferred way of re swandwiching the plates together of 18s kw.Is there an easier way?

Kenneth,
Assemble the pallet, and wheels on the top plate, then put the pillar plate on. It's probably backwards of what you were trying.

I try both ways, some times one way seems easier & then the next time it is the other way around.
