I was lucky enough to come across a very nice Seth Thomas (serial 109041) in a hunter case.
The case is marked Fahys Monarch No 1 (serial number 499259).
I understand that all these cases are gold filled, but to what degree.
I mean to say, I see the 10 year and 15 year and the 20 year stamps on different cases.. but this case has no gold carat mark nor a year guarantee....

What gives ??
