Eugene Buffard936 (correction) Motor barrel How rare is this?
I originally asked about a 946. and Ed responded to the 946. Then I corrected it to a 936. Sorry about any confusion as I posting using my iPhone and I had fat fingers syndrome.

Edward L. Parsons, Jr.Not terribly, from about 1907 on they were marked if memory serves. Many collectors consider the later "fully marked" examples more desirable though.

Edward L. Parsons, Jr.Wow, that's quite a bargain for a complete 946 in good shapes, I wouldn't let any grass grow under my feet with that if I needed it.
Are you sure it's not a 936, LOL?

Eugene Buffard{Correction} 936 not 946 already sold though.

Edward L. Parsons, Jr.Oh I see, you originally said 946, now I see you changed it. Still, I don't consider $250 a bad price for a 936 in nice condition.

Eugene BuffardI looked them up and the non marked 936 motor barrels where about $220. I could not find one that sold that was Marked motor barrel. But when I went back to buy it. It was already sold.
