I came across this movement and I just had to post it. Really it is not funny as it is good for nothing but parts. I know a lot of people swap parts who have no knowledge what they are doing but this one sticks out more than most.

Guess someone got the parts mixed up and created this "Franken-watch". I am not sure if the 407 would have had a gold train so it is hard to say which is more correct and which is not. Appears the sn is for a 407 so it looks like someone pulled the main spring mechanism from a 429 and tossed it on a 407.
