My latest Illinois non-magnetic "Click" to Login or Register

Lately I have been keeping an eye out for the Non-Magnetic's ,mainly Peoria, Illinois,and elgin. My latest is a hunter cased 15j Illinois modl 5, the database shows it as 300 total production .

Roger it is just an Illimois with a non magnetic spring in it , paillard patent , it was popular at one time . The non magnetic co had watches made to their specs , using some swiss , illinois , elgin , and a lot of Peoria , I was looking for a Peoria at one time and the easiest to find was a non- magnetic, There are some Rockfords and Walthams using the patent spring but I do not think they are from the non-magnetic co , they seem pretty low production , but also low collector interest , the book claims there are some 24j illinois out there so I keep looking
