Unusual Case Mark

I have a 18s Waltham P/W with a case that I can't find information on the makers mark can anyone help?

I know absolutely nothing about this case mark, but just looking at it, I wonder if this might have been one of the Waltham's used in export sales 'back in the day', considering the crown on top of the mark itself?

Lots of Waltham's went to England in the late 1800's.

You may want to look in that direction?

Just a couch potato guess. ;-)

I will look in my trade marks book once I get home.
But looks Swiss to me due to the Swiss Federal Cross sign between the fishes.

Update no luck in my book

I have seen this trademark quite a bit but never looked into it. I do believe it is from overseas but that is just a guess.
