What is your opinion of the initials engraved on the back of this case belonging to Fred L. Joy

Larry, it looks to me like the picture is upside down. If you turn it around, I believe it is "GJL." Bruce

I would agree that they are apparently upside down Larry Eek
It appears left to right "F" for Fred, "J" for Joy, and "L" for middle initial. I think usually the last name was supposed to be the middle initial of the three Wink

For clearing this up, I was hoping that the initials were "FLJ" as the case was the original one for the movement of this private-label marked Fred L. Joy
