That’s a nice looking watch. The dial is a melamine #332 and is correct for your 950B. The baton hands usually appear with that dial but on later watches like yours the spade, whip, and dart combination is seen.

It wasn't boxed but from looking at it, it was perfect. Looked like it had never even been serviced. The old gummy oil had stopped it from working but, it was in minty condition. No brassing, no scratches and no tool marks. The guy that had it was in possesion for around 25 years. Next time I see him I'll ask for a picture.
Peter, sorry for highjacking your post Nice find!

The 950 would have been fitted with a #577 dial as shown below in a 1924 illustration. The 950E came with a dial #532 (1937 ad below) which is the same as #082 except the Zero Eight Two is single sunk. The 950B was fitted with the #535 dial which is porcelain- enamel and eventually was made in melamine and referred to as #332. Both the #535 and #332 are double sunk RWS marked 23 Jewels.
The #082 dial was designed when Hamilton was having issues manufacturing double sunk dials. It was designated to be used as a substitute for the #532 until the difficulties could be overcome. Both porcelain-enamel and melamine versions use the same number 082. The dial used for the 2974B is the Zero Eight Two and it was used on some early 992B movements.
