Hello everybody.
Came across a Rockford W Co, 18 size pocket watch with a white enamel private label dial "American Jewelery Co. Superior, Wis". All numbers and markers is in red. I wonder if there is anything to say about this dial either about the company or the red design of the dial.
Kind regards,
Bernhard

Bernhard,

They say a picture is worth a 1000 words. If you have some, folks would be able to better assist you with your questions.

Bernhardt, try scanning it on a color copier and uploading the scan if it is under 200k

I will upload photos if/when I can. The watch is not mine, I just saw it the other day. The information I have right now is what is stated above. 18 size dial all arabic numbers marks and label in red instead of black. That is the major differences from an ordinary dial. Have not seen it before so I was just a little curious. I would guess the red thing is like a part of the private label though.
Kind regards,
Bernhard
