My Illinois Model 2 Grade 4 Locomotive "Click" to Login or Register

This one I just picked up off ebay a week or so ago . Its a Nice 18s Illinois Model 2 Grade 4 with the Locomotive and Tender engraved on the movement . It looks pretty correct save for a few screws . Had a loose dial and the second hand dial was loose, plus a tweaked second hand. Fixed these problems , now its fine. Could not get the second hand marks any cleaner but think its fine as is . Thanks for looking .

Close Up . Gotta love the Locomotive and Tender . Does anybody know for sure if they ever used these on the Railroad ? Or was it a Selling Point for the public ? Thanks

Mike,
Great watch. I refer to it as the Railroader No. 4.
A keeper for sure.

Mike,
If you ever decide to sell this watch please give me a chance to buy it. I already have one in my collection but it has a different 24 hour dial.

Does anybody happen to have an extra bezel for this case ? Its a Philadelphia Silveroid case. I want the option of using a Display Case . Crystal is not necessary . It would be most appreciated . Mike .
