I have an Aurora 18 s lever set, stem wind, OF, Serial 42440. No jewel marking, not guilded.
I could not find much in with the search function.
Any help or comments welcome.
Thanks, Chuck

Hi Chuck,

You have a Grade 22 Aurora, should be 15 Jewel, open face 5th pinion, also should be nickel plates with flat hairspring and Hurd's regulator.

Could you please post some photos, a majority come with single sunk dials, A fair few of these where private labels, there are private label examples with double sunk dials as well, but fewer.

Cheers

Thanks for the photo Chuck, if you could also post one of the movement when you get a chance , that would be great. Also by the way, that is a nice condition single sunk dial even with what looks to be a very faint hairline.

Cheers,
Bila
