Interesting Case on an Elgin 12s from 1920 "Click" to Login or Register

I picked this one up off of eBay. The 15 sided enameled case and the dial caught my eye and I was lucky enough to be high bidder for $85. The serial number is 23699725 from 1920. The grade is 345 which had a total production of 730,900, but I would guess that not very many were cased as elegantly as this one.
