In the Fat book they give preference to what they consider a low# PL Elgin stamped "Culver". Does anyone know what the cutoff or when the 1st ones where made with his name? thanks in advance 1867 - 1874 looks like when Elgin made the Grade 62 18s KW 15j Hunter movement | |||
