Digging through more movement I came across this and wonder if anyone recognizes who the maker may be.

Does the movement have 2 or 3 dial feet/screws? Does it fit an American case? For any private label Swiss import to North America I start with the usual suspects from the Longines family.

Yes... what Wm. said. Looks like a Longines regulator. Possibly size 12?

Jules Monard would have been a local private label-that is, a Geneva jeweler or watch dealer. The design of the regulator system satisfies me that this is a Longines or Agassiz movement. Longines did extensive business in the private label market.
