If you remove the dial and lock at the set mechanism.

Then cross reference to the Bestfit book. You might be able to cross reference.

"A" on the regulator suggests Swiss.

Reminds me of ~1900 Zenith.

Looks like a Gruen but need photo of under the dial to tell for sure.
