Hi,
I have a porcelain pocket watch dial that has a glued piece and a chip missing on the outer edge of the circumference, probably the width of three minute markers. Repairs would include this area, repainting the minute markers and the hour marker. I do not want the dial touched in any other way. Is there anyone out there that you feel could do an excellent job on this problem.
