I don't think the Canadian RR system had the same requirement for their watches that the US had. Please correct me if I'm wrong.

Did the Canadians use Hamilton 17 jewel 924 and 926's for there RR time keeping? I have seen the 24 hour dial on 924's and 926's.

Hello Harry:

Yes Hamilton, Grade 924, & 926 were approved for railway service in Canada, I have many private-label CPR railway watch inspector Hamilton posted on my Canadian Private Label thread.

Larry, what about hunter cases? Were they allowed in Canada? How about Roman Numeral dials?
