My newest Set Thomas "Click" to Login or Register

I just got a Seth Thomas on e-bay and was wondering what it really is ??? The description was a 16s. After attempting to look it up by ser# 746539 I see it is a model 8, ca: 1895. It has a two tone movement, and is lever set. In none of my books does is list a model 8 in 16s, and it definitely does not list any with two tone movements in 16s. The model 8 appeared to be mainly a private label "Ward". and as much as the movement looks similar the jewel settins on the Wards appear to be screwed down rather than pressed. So the question really is what do I have here, is there any data base so I could get most/all of the information strictly by serial number. As yet I have not received the watch, and am waiting anxiously just to see what it is.
Any help would be appreciated if possible by serial number.I'll post when it arrives.
Thanks,
Bill

Bill,
From what I see in my Seth Thomas Book, your watch is a grade 36, 7j, 18s, o/f, 2 tone. Under remarks it says, New Eagle.
