The letter "P" would equal 52, so your whole serial number would be 52787350 for watches made in 1952. I have Ehrhardts Elgin book with serial numbers, but it only goes up to SN 50,000,000. Hopefully the 'Elgin site' will be up again and maybe it will give you a grade number, Cecil.
