Elgin grade 352 Hunter "Click" to Login or Register
posted
I picked one of these recently, it appears to be a hunter mate to the grade 353 18 size 17 jewel adjusted full plate. The 353 open face mate was adjusted/adjusted 3 positions and probably got by on the major lines that had not switched to 16s and a5p only so I would expect the 352 to be a3p also. They were marked GM Wheeler or Overland and the 353 came in the same markings with the exception some were just marked Elgin National Watch Co. Only about 3000 of the 352 were produced and they don't appear to show up that often so I wondered if anyone else had one of the later runs to see what the markings were, mine is the 1st of 3 runs so it is only marked "Adjusted"
