Hamilton 940 Private Label Dial "Click" to Login or Register
posted
I picked this 940 off of ebay because it was a private label from Bellfontaine Ohio, where in 1965 my uncle was a co-pilot on a DC3 that crashed and killed him and the pilot. It was in a silveroid case but the screw marks did not match up and I had this case sitting around minus a crystal which will need to be replaced.

Hi Claude , I like the private labels too , and regularly search them out , that has netted some nice ones .I see this is a R/R grade and approved , also Miller was a watch inspector and Ball distributer. Really nice Hamilton , I can see why a watch inspector would put his name on it . Have a great day !
