Is there a way to match the military part numbers of these crystals to a particular Elgin watch ?. They measure 1.767 in diameter.

Same tag on the crystals

I always thought these were generic rather that watch model specific.

Thanks Jim, I just thought they would have been for a certain watch since they have assigned Stock and ordinance numbers

Possibly, but timepieces were given standard specs so that they could keep the number of timepiece specific parts to a minimum.

There is a manufacturers number on the label. Wouldn't that be of any help? Just a thought.
