Can anyone point me towards a list of Hamilton Model 23 Chronograph serial numbers and dates of manufacture?

Yes, email the NAWCC Library and Research Center at research@nawcc.org with the serial number and grade of the watch and your membership number. If it was produced during WWII, we have the original Hamilton ledgers.
