Need some value/price advice on a Hamilton 21

The clock comes with original inner and outer boxes. Seller claims it is in 97% condition. It looks nice, and I already have one, but it strikes me that something like this could have parts issues (parts used from other clocks, etc.) Anyway, am thinking of buying it and seller wants $3K for it. Seems a bit stiff. Thoughts?

About 150%- 200% of it's value til you know more about the piece. If it needs a complete rehab, be ready for another $1000.00.
