Both of these watches are marked KA-XXX on the case back. The Hamilton GS dates to the late 1960's or very early 1970's and is one of many different Hamiltons in this particular series of watches made for the US and Britain. I have documented the following versions; US Type 1, RAAF Type 1, RAF 6B non-hacking, RAF 6B hacking, S.A.A.F. 6B hacking, A.D.D.F. GS hacking, KA GS hacking, British GS hacking, British GS hacking sterile case, British GS hacking 24 hour dial. I am uncertain as to the date of the Record but suspect that it is close in age to the Hamilton.

Thanks for more "eye candy" on the board!

These have to be rare watches, and in such good condition. How did you discover that the KA... marking stood for Kenyan Army?

Best regards,
Greg
