Hamilton 4992b stem and crown "Click" to Login or Register
posted
I've located a new Hamilton 4992b stem and crown assembly on eBay. Is this same crown and stem used on the Hamilton 2974b? My guess is that it is, but I wanted to check with someone who knows for sure before I buy.

If this is a direct replacement, I want to use it to replace the worn crown on my 2974b.

Thanks in advance,
Joe Straub

Picked up my Hamilton 2974b comparing watch today from my watchmaker after a COA. Took along the Hamilton 4992b NOS stem and crown I bought on eBay and my watchmaker installed it.

A 4992b and a 2974b stem and crown are identical.
