Here is an interesting Russian clock that I know nothing about. Does anyone know the date or something of the maker?

I saw one like that on ebay. I thought maybe there was a connection to that Russian cuckoo clock, which has a similar name, "Mark" with the backwards R. Would "Majak" be pronounced like Magic?
