Mark, that was a fairly common model made over several years between 1860s and 1880s. It was simply called a column clock. It has some condition problems in the case and glass. can't tell more from the picture. Probably about $250.

All looks to be original. The glass under the dial is mirror and all is wavy. The label is 100% intact. It is a 8 day with alarm. Dial is raised metal, the marking on dial has initials ST in script. Looks to be original as with the hands. Case is in very good condition, just a couple of nicks. It is 16 inches by 11 inches. Does the value go up from $250? Thanks for the reply.
