Hi Chris,This is a "Dutch Zaandam" Clock.Runs 8 days,strikes on the bell on top.Movement made by WUBA.Check out item number 140906304549 on ebay if you need more info.They usually sell in the $200-$350 range.More vintage than antique since most are reproductions.The originals were made 1675-1725.Regards.Norm

Thanks again Norman, will pass the info on, he got a car full of clocks and try to get a idea of what he has, looks like he is going to be ok with his purchase.
