Buster BeckFirst clock is indeed a German "Mauthe" [Fredrich Mauthe Schwingen]. The suspension is on a patent by H. Kielmann of Ruhrort, circa 1890.
Second clock looks to be a nice Vienna weight driven wall clock from around the 1900 era.

I have been looking on the internet. But have a hard time finding some for compairing .
