Ken, You can delete the previous large file by using the edit button lower right with the pencil eraser.

Ken,

Extremely large images cannot be viewed by those with slower internet connections or smaller screens. Due to those considerations and to avoid overloading storage capacity our system is set up to not accept poster size images.

>> Proper size: 640 X 480 Pixels
>> Resolution: approximately 72 Pixels/Inch

That's the problem....winding cord is broken, not sure how long or what size. Also, the levers have slots in them, with a piece of flat stock in the grooves, not sure how that works. The movement is like a weight driven movement.
