Tiffany Clock Identification please
Take a look at this one. It is stamped Tiffany & Co. New York and the number 21. It has a nice Cloisonné finish. The clock measures 12" x 9.5" x 5" I need to know if there is a model number. I would also like to know about what it is worth also. I will be selling for a friend and need to get some kind of a ideal as to what it is worth.
Any info on either clock would be appreciated. Thanks in advance.

I also need info on a large solid brass clock it is in another posting.

Very attractive clock. It looks like it is in very good condition. I always seem to find them that have been in someones damp basement for 20 years.

Thanks for sharing it.

Leon,
Very interesting clock. Most of the value would seem to be in the case. It could have been a special order, or one of a kind. I would imaging the movement was of high quality also, however. Are there any markings you can see on the movement?

Thanks Richard, I thought so to. It is in pretty good shape all but 1 or 2 spots.

Tom, It is stamped Tiffany & Co. New York and the number 21 on the back of the movement I have not took it out of the case yet. So that is all I can see on the back.

Thanks, I guess I thought it was the case that was stamped.

According to Sptiiler and Bailey, American Clockmakers and Watchmakers
quote:
Tiffany & Co. had clocks made in NY City before 1888 for special orders. Sold many hall clocks with their name on the dial with J.J. Elliott movements from England, and cases made by firms such as the Toby furniture Co. of Chicago, Herschede of Cincinnati and others...

That is about all I have been able to find so far.
