Mercury & Tube Needed
This has been a bad day. I dropped my French pendulum and broke one of the glass tubes with the Mercury in it. As these are sealed, and one cannot buy them new; does anyone have any they would be willing to part with? If so, please contact me and I can give you the particulars. I hate to use one of the new metal inserts: UGH.

Thanks

Ken

i paid a fair bit for a larger than normal crystal regulator size mercury French clock pendulum, and it arrived as advertised but with one of the vials full and one empty. I thought it would be easy to find another vial!!! GOOD LUCK LOL !!! Eek

Also, picking up spilled mercury is like herding cats. :-)

I decided to go out and get the thing before going to dialysis ,so it is vial diameter 13.54mm and length 80.59mm ,pendulum just shy of 33cm long ,vial rack plate to plate, 8cm . I got the other vial with it but the tip is broken. It is just a beauty but I never got the clock I thought I was going to get
