I recently aquired this clock and think it is unusual. It came from the Ukraine.
it is a wall clock i presume 8 day and gongs on the half and hours.Sounds quite nice.I will post better pictures later as i was in a hurry to post this tonight.

Here are some better pictures.I have since learned this clock came from Croatia, probaly in the 50,s is the era it was made.It sounds quite nice for not a really fancy expensive clock. It is fairly loud when it chimes.

The wood is really nice. I'm trying to get perspective on the case...where the black edges are, is that beveled?

I think that's mahogany veneer on the front. I like the built in wall levelers.

Greg the wood is in nice shape. Some veneer in top right corner is coming loose. The black on the right side and left side is beveled.
Wish we could record clock chimes and gongs on this site. This one reminds me of church bells.
yes Andy mahogany finish, veneer. The movement appears it will slide out like a regulator.
Yes the levellers are unique, have not seen them on other clocks i have.
