I am restoring a small, time only mantle clock which Winterhalder made for the Colonial Mfg Co. It has a serial number 19566 with 7 jewels Winterhalder Germany written on the back plate of the movement. The beautifully made round movement with balance wheel, escape wheel, pallet attached to the side is just like a ship's clock's. Any help regarding the app year of production is greatly appreciated.

Probably before WWII since Winterhalder did not survive much after the war. skimpy info, but all I could get at this time.
