Orient Star Clock. Mfg. Japanese, they mfg. high grade watches but no mention of clocks.
Orient Star, key less in line 18 jewel movement.
Require balance staff. Any info appreciated.

Jaeger LeCoultre made a movement similar to that. The pictures I have seen of them, they are in a square or rectangular case.
