TIME TO... SPRING AHEAD! For many of us tonight is the "Spring Ahead" of "Spring Ahead, Fall Back" time changes. During the night at 2:00 a.m. the change to Daylight Time will occur so our clocks and watches should be moved ahead one hour to 3 a.m. but at our house it always turns into a long, drawn out project because as you might imagine we have quite a number of clocks and other timekeeping devices. This is also a good time to change batteries in weather radios, smoke detectors, carbon monoxide detectors and other safety-related devices. Among noticeable differences with the spring time change are one less hour of sleep tonight but more daylight during the evening hours which should be beneficial for energy savings and outdoor activities. Dust off all your clocks  and turn them ahead... | ||
