Should have mentioned that there is a plate located in the back of the housing with the following number stamped into it B 1227/19

Was it new when purchased? To me the dial and pendulum look to be of German manufacture. |

Yes it was new when purchased in 1967. |

Can you see the back of the movement where there may be a maker's name? |
