unknown coil for enigmatic electric clock "Click" to Login or Register
posted
Can anyone identify this unmarked movement? If there was an original back plate mounted on two 1.5 inch screws (removed in the attached photo), it is gone, and there are no obvious maker's marks on the frame or the flaked-off face plate.
The coil winding measures 1 3/8" by 1" wide and about 3/4" thick (the stacked plates are 5/16 by 1/4")--this is the inside dimension surrounded by the coil. I would love to find a replacement coil and see whether the clock will run.
