Just acquired this cushion form opening engraved in white gold filled. I love this dial! But what is the catalog number, does anyone have the information handy? Smile

Here is another view. As much as I admire International Dial's work, they never can seem to get this one right. The outline of the numerals on their redials always seems too thick compared to an original.

Commonly known as the "Exploding numbers" dial, it is number 02 in Hamilton listings.

Hamilton refered to the O2 (that is the letter "O") as the radial dial. Exploding dial is a term created by collectors. It is very popular.

Thanks very much; that is the blueprint I was referring to...

It might be very popular (now), but I don't see many of original dials like this (maybe a few per year on eBay, e.g.), so perhaps it didn't sell as well in the '20s.

See, this information alone is worth the IHC price of admission. How great!
