Samie, looks like a Hamilton "Barrel" as shown in the big book on pg 840. Circa 1927
Nice!

Samie,
I agree with Ernest that the Hamilton is a Barrel Engraved from 1928-1929 era. It is a very nice example and I hope it finds a good home.

The Gelson List says serial #2239037 is a Grade 987 from 1926-1927 production.

All together, it is a very nice, but incorrect, Hamilton. Sadly, the dial has been incorrectly reprinted with a not-quite right Hamilton Grant plate. The big "tell" on the dial is the round seconds track. This is good news!! This tells us that the dial was originally a correct Barrel dial that has been incorrectly re-printed as a Grant. For comparison, please find a solid gold Barrel attached with an original dial, and also a sterling silver Grant with a properly redone dial.
