Perry on the left and Barry on the right. Am I correct? ![]()

Yes. The Perry(1948) has a sunken seconds register, probably because it has a curved dial (thicker in the center), while the Barry(1941) has a flat dial and non-sunken seconds register. I recommend Rene Rondeau's book for pictures of almost all mens' wrist Hamiltons up to close of US manufacture. dan.

Thanks. I have Rene's book. Someone has an Ebay listing incorrectly identifying a Barry as a Perry and wanted confirmation that it is, indeed, the Barry model. I didn't want to take the time to scan the page in the book.
