Greetings all.
I have been fortunate to receive a couple of small boxes with some of my grandfathers pocket and wrist watches in them. David Abbe is currently working on a pocket for me. My question here is about Gotham wrist watches. The following pics are of a Gotham that was in one of the boxes. I kind of like the look of it, but know nothing about Gotham. Made in America, good or bad, when were they manufactured, worth restoring, etc...?
The first pic is of the front with the crystal (which just pops off).

The second pic is of the movement. The serial number is 53223. As I said, I know nothing about Gothams at all, so any comments or directions would be most appreciated.
